


3 Series of Structural Bodywork
Three sessions of Myofascial Integration starting with a thorough postural analysis taking the whole body through a complete of programme of myofascial manipulation and stretching to realign the body for balanced posture and to stimulate neural pathways.

Deep Tissue Myofascial bodywork can be used to help relieve specific, painful conditions or you can benefit from a course of sessions to help regain lost posture of the body. Musculosketal conditions can often be helped with this therapy. People who have benefited have come with back pain, shoulder pain, recovering from accidents and operations, whiplash; recent or even older where trauma can still be held; affecting foot, knee, shoulder, hip or conditions such as scoliosis, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel, TMJ, RSI. Intraoral Massage
Gently releasing muscles inside the jaw can often help relieve compression and pain related to whiplash, TMJD, headaches, and may help with jaw clenching/teeth grinding (bruxism). Adds the final balancing element to the structural work.

Myofascial Release
Single sessions of Myofascial work, using a variety of techniques either gently allowing the body to find its own release or targeting areas with intent and direction to help restore balanced alignment.
